COME ON ANDY!!
I know there are a few out there who will not be cheering for Andy Murray this afternoon, my message to them……………..get a life!!
I really enjoy watching Grand Slam tennis and have nothing but admiration and total respect for the likes of Nadal, Djokovic and Federer but for crying out loud Andy Murray is the only realistic hope we have perhaps for the rest of my lifetime to actually achieve something in tennis.
He is a patriotic Scot, so what?
It’s a good job he is because he would not be where he is today without that determination and singleminded determination.
So I’ll be sitting in front of the TV this afternoon with millions of others hoping that Andy Murray , a proud Scot with an English girlfriend and British through and through fulfills his destiny.
If he plays like he did losing in the Australian Open semi final to Djokovic he has a fantastic chance.
Come on Andy, you can win this!!
